Glasgow Green and a frozen River Clyde.
A look around the Green (or ‘White’ might be a better name).
Then a view onto a rather frozen river, with various (not very happy) birds negotiating the ice.
Ends with a final sweep across the Green.
Glasgow Green is in easy walk of the city centre and is worth a visit.
In the centre is Nelson’s monument, and close to that the People’s Palace and Winter Gardens.
At the main entrance to the palace stands The Doulton Fountain, believed to be the largest terracotta fountain in the world.
There’s always something different to see each time you look around the Green.
